Does anyone have a louvered hood?

A place near me can louver my hood, I would like to see an example.
I was thinking about louvering the sides of the hood

I'm about to cut a big hole in mine and attempt a shaker hood scoop...:nervous:

I got a spare hood that I cut a hole in,and I'm gonna make a fiberglass scoop for it.It's gonna be a cowl induction type,hopefully I'll get it done over the winter.I was gonna cut some holes in the sides of the hood and put some louvers on but couldn't find any to use,seems they don't have them at the parts stores any more.
