What size speaker goes in the front doors and the back?

i think it is 6.5" all the way around. correct me if i am wrong.

the 3g and the 4g came with 6.5" speakers. But i guess the EX on the 4g came with a smaller 4" front speakers. WEll thats besides the point.

If your redoing your stereo you should also add a sub in the back. 6.5 speakers just can't move air.

is there a way to cut the hole and put 6x9's in? id really rather do that than use 6x9 boxes

u can get the rear bracket from a Lx-i or a Se-i from the junk. they are removable and held down by 10mm bolts. Good luck man. it does not have to be the same color as ur car since it goes under the rear window carpeting.

I'm not sure that will work though since it's goin in a hatch the harness may be different. Looking at mine in the back it doesn't really lok like there's room for them to fit.

well if its a hatch, then forget about it. get the box like u said, if u got a coupe or a sedan, ur just blessed.

Hey now, there is no need to get nasty :flash: . I just used it as an ascuse to get a bad as sub and amp to make up the difference :cool:

i made a rear deck out of wood and then i painted it and put boxes over the backs. it sounds real good.
