Does nayone have info on a good solid place that sells low mileage replacement engines? Also currently i have a carb, if i get the FI engine what else do i need to replace?

If you find one, definitely let us know. Low-mileage, used engines are rarer than hen's teeth anymore. The best you can hope for is some little shop with one still hanging around from 20 years ago.

unless you can get one with a warranty, i'd probably be more tempted to buy a whole donor car with a good motor (cost about the same, plus you get a free car worth of parts). at least you'll get to see how it goes before you swap it

a18 has the right idea, on the other hand you can b swap or rebuild the one thats in there. ebay has some remaned engines.

id be paying someone else to swap it, most of the shops out here will do a 1:1 swp but will not touch swapping in motors that dont belong to this car. I live in an apartment and have no place to do this type of work myself. that being said any shop going to charge me double if they have to remove an engine from a donor car. My complex is very strict on working on cars on the premises. They came and threatened to evict my neighbor for changing his tires outside.
