I used to see inexpensive coilovers or springs all the time on ebay for our cars... now i see nothing. where did they all go?

Will coilovers/springs from a different year accord or civic fit kyb's?

Would something like this work

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-75-DROP-SPORT-SUSPENSION-LOWERING-CIVIC-EG-EK-EH-EJ-INTEGRA-DC-DEL-SOL-BLACK-/390441759753?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5ae8247409&vxp=mtr

Also anyone have a 1.75 front drop and a 1.50 rear that i could see photos of?

In order for the eBay coilovers to work right with the car, you need to throw $200+ more at it for new springs because the ones they come with are far too stiff.

What about just lowering springs from another model? i see every other honda model with $50-$75 springs.

Again i could car less about the ride i drive it 20 miles a week at best currently, its just for cosmetic because it looks dumb as shit with the big ass fender gap between my tires

Sounds like a good cause to just cut the oem springs, cut the bumpstops in half, but you're still looking at at least 140-200 in new shocks.
Pinch fork mod for another .50 to 1 inch in front. Relocate battery to the trunk, add a few tools and ther you get the same for the rear! :o)

I have drop zone sport coil covers for an 00 civic on my hatch currently. With the tokico hp blue struts. You will need some sort of flat resting plates for the rear. I used 3" floor flanges from home depot. Makes the rear sit a lil higher but i like the rake. You cab normally find the dropzones for about $100
