That's not fair, your not telling the whole story.

The process as discribed is easy, it makes no sense to pay anyone money to do that work. When I did it the first time I had never done anything other than take wheels off and rotate them, never any suspension work. As can be the case with any car that's as old as ours you may run into bolts that do not want to unbolt or come off. Always have a backup plan for what you might do if you can't finish because of that. In the end most every problem you may encounter can be overcome without resorting to paying a shop.

But you're right Jim, it makes no sense to pay other ppl to do it. It's really simple. Anyone can do it, but when it comes to stucked bolts, broken bolts, stripped bolts and what have you, experience and the right tools come into play.
But, yeah those wanting to do these, follow Eric's how-to and do it yourself.
