Ash tray ,lighter and light below climater controls won't work

So today I get chance to check out the lights that won't work,but changing the bulbs didn't help.I'm pretty sure they worked before I did the 5-speed swap.Is there a fuse for those three on the same circuit or could there be something I forgot to hook up after the swap.

I think those are all ties into the radio fuse, but I can't remember correctly. Look at the wiring diagram in the shop manual.

Yeah I always find it hard to follow those things,just thought it might be something easy like a fuse.Too cold out and usually dark when I get home to mess with something that's difficult.
