JDM Map Light

I recently purchased my JDM Map Light and got the whole thing with the bracket. How would i install it? Its not a stupid question but seems there are 2 extra hole where the bracket would go but seems the seller cut that off.. only solution that i could come up with that take it to get a extra piece welded and drill some new holes and use prematex to hold it down. Just wondering how it would look like so i can get an idea where to begin so it can look oem. I dont want no mickey mouse shit or anything. I want my vigor to look as clean as possible :)

here are the pics of the map light. i only see 2 holes where i think it will bolt right up but the seller trimmed off the spot where maybe there was to holes for 2 screws idk. i was thinking of getting something welded there and punch in 2 holes and go from there? what you think A18a?

they are spot welded to the roof, you will need to weld it there.

Ok so what are those 2 holes there for? could i use that to hold it in place?

What's that supporting rail behind the bracket? Couldn't you just drill through it there and mount it to the rail?

ive never seen those two holes before it must be a USDM chassis thing

and just get some self drilling flat head screw and bam. the head liner is going to cover them anyways
