I was really wanting to try something unique with my 3g in effort to improve gas mileage. I'm wanting fabricate some wheel well covers resembling the Honda Insight. I want to attach them in such a way that they can be removed/ installed quickly. The offset of the stock steelies would cause these covers to "balloon" out a little especially on the door side of the well so mounting them flush isn't really an option. Any ideas on how to do this or what material to use? Anybody ever done anything like this to a 3g?
