depends on if it's a steel valve cover or the aluminum prelude cover, I'm not sure if the accords with aluminum cover take the same one as the prelude cover, the prelude cover takes a cap like much later generation Honda's, I know I can screw a 98 civic cap into my aluminum 2nd generation lude cover, but not the steel valve cover. I have an aluminum cap that fits the steel cover, but it needs an O ring

Junkyard should be good for an OE cap. Otherwise, it should be a straightforward replacement item from any auto parts store. Just ask at the counter.

there is a difference, the earlier caps for the steel valve covers are harder to find.

Rockauto used to sell the o-ring/gasket. I got two of those long ago and replaced the ones in the 3G and in the 5G civic (both have aluminum covers and use the same cap)

Yes, I am saving a original gold top A20 cover for garage art just for that reason. I have never seen another one in my travels !
