First off, I wanted to thank everybody in the 3geez community for checkin on me. My house was hit pretty hard, but I was at work, my wife wasn't home, and all of our pets were safe. I tried to post pics a couple of times, but my phone isn't cooperating. you guys will get them eventually lol.

The 3g and all of my 3g crap is safe, luckily my wifes car blocked the massive hole in our garage wall (lol). The house will have to be stripped to the frame to be repaired, thankfully we have insurance. Sorry to ramble, been a long couple of weeks. Spirits are high here guys, thanks for all the concern!

Shit dude! I didn't know anybody on the forum was there! Glad you are okay! Sorry about your house though, I'm sure that's kind of a devastating feeling, even though you have insurance.

Thanks guys. Happens from time to time, especially here in tornado alley. Now I can say I've narrowly escaped both of the largest Tornadoes in human history!

for now it sucks, but we will get through it!

I'm glad to hear that you're safe. No matter what, we're here as a family to help out, too.

Seriously. We had a microburst go through a couple years ago. It was mostly just tree damage and no power for a few days, but it still sucked ass. I can hardly imagine losing a whole house.

Intense weather everywhere, pretty mild here the past few months but we did get 4 inches of rain in less than an hour Sunday night, flooded bad.

We haven't had any really intense weather here for awhile, but it has been unusually cold and rainy. Even now in June, the house furnace still kicks on occasionally to keep the temp up. I think this is a first for the nearly 10 years I've been here.

Just a quick update, sorry I've been so absent. Storm shelter gets installed Monday, and the outside of the house is done!
