Heres my problem, I plan to do a B20B w/ a Integra Type R VTEC head. I dont know exactly which header would be better.
(performance wise) 4-1 or 4-2-1. I know the JDM headers come as 4-1 but should i follow the JDM setup or go with something different? Secondly, when building up the engine should i go with the ITR cams or some aftermarket ones for the CRV?

4-1 headers give more high end horespower, 4-2-1 give more low end torque.

I am going to have a similar set up and I will be getting a 4-1 header because it will help the top end out a lot since it is a high reving set up.

now the cams... it is your own personal perference. The aftermarket ones will give you more power but a BIG price and you will have to adjust your idle a lot. I have a CTR intake and an ITR exhaust cam. This will give nice power to about 8500k and keep the nice stock idle.
