I purchased 2 new Poly Rear Stabilizer Bar end Bushings from Rockauto.com for $3. This How-To explains how to remove your old Bushings and Install newer ones.

Tool's you'll need:

-12mm Socket
-Ratchet
-12mm Wrench
-Flat Head Screwdriver
-Multi Purpose Auto Grease

Step 1-Remove the 12mm bolt/nut from the end-link.

Step 2-Remove the 2 12mm bolts from the inner bushings.

Step 3-Completely remove the Stabilizer Bar from under the car. Remove the Collet's from in the bushings.

Step 4-Using a Flat Head Screwdriver, insert the tip between the bushing and Stabilizer Arm and pry it out.

Step 5-Liberally grease the bushings with Multi-Purpose Automotive Grease. This helps with wear and squeaking. I'd also advise to grease the inner bushings as well. Press the new bushings in the Stabilizer Bar by hand. They shouldn't be too hard to press in.

Step 6-Reinstall the Collets in the ends by simply pushing them in by hand and Reinstall the bar in it's original position, tightening the Bolts/Nuts to Factory Sepcification(Both 16 ft/lb)

You're Done. I used Hi-Temperature Multi Purpose Grease because it was all I had at hand. Silicon grease is what the FSM recommends.
