B16A2 Intake manifold

Guys,

Someone here is selling me a B16A2 intake manifold in 30 dollars which I think it's really cheap. I'm still having OBD-0. Don't want to ask odd questions. I've been reading and using search function with not much success. Anyway, here I go:

Do you guys think I can swap the manifolds and still having all OBD0 emission things working fine? ( I'm thinking about a vacuum block as a solution).

Am I going to loose torque just by installing it on a stock engine?

I know people claims there is a better power curve even when it's installed alone with nothing else. What do you recommend?
(Of course I'm planning to go OBD-1 in the near future)

Sure. I really appreciated your reply.

Google searching using "3geez" word always at the end, actually worked better than using the forum search function. I've found those threads and started to get all questions sorted out.
I think I'm going to get that cheap manifold in the meanwhile I'm still collecting OBD-1 parts.
