i gotta mostly stock A20. its carbed and i have the lid flipped. that realy added noticeable HP fosho. now its time i get the K&N filter. i hope an MSD ignition too.

umm well no im not kidding. now that the lid is flipped it breathes better. i lent the car to my mom and she asked what i did cuz she said it has more power than the last time she drove it. when she came out of the street where she workes onto the big 5 lane with lots of traffic she said she had to give it some gas and it was better than before. now it pushes u into your seat when i hit the gas a lil hard . my passengers noticed it too. thats my story and im stickin to it.

This is the only pic I could find. I have a JG throttlebody, intake with K&N, DC strut bar, DC header, Crane 8mm wires (NGK's in the pic), Colt tri-flow cam (sold), and gloss black valve cover.

:bow: YK86 Man thats pretty cool! i cant wait till i can make my own intake! Its going to be a project. Hopefully i can tackle it during winter (prob not) but i dought thatll happen, im pretty booked. hehe
yk86 are you going to paint your engine? it would look pretty sweet in blue.

totally, ive been off and on on the site. Cant say thats a bad thing, im just a curious guy. My goal in life is to become a 3geez moderator! hehe jk, well i just like to get to know about everyone, get used to them.
once i get my digital camera, ill be sure to post pictures and not so much Question topics in the "accod pics" forum.
But for a long time now ive been learning alot about my 3gee, and i soon hope to be able to help out all thoe other people in the performance/technical/wheels/suspension sections of this site. so i wont be as much of a nusence as i am now.

A flipped lid added a noticable gain? Hahah yeah right! It might loosen up the car a little, but to notice it, I dont think so! Its louder thats about it. I bet you race corvettes now because you think your car is a rocket.

Thanks for the suggestion but for the A20, I prefer the gloss black (not sure why). But the B20 is going in soon and that has a nice powdercoated blue valve cover.

Juan, did u spray paint ur engine bay? Is that the new car u got or the old one before the swap? dude, did u over spray on the resistor box or is it just the glare? :D

i have a motor... with a ceramic header and a weber and soon a colt cam!!! i also have a Prelude head that is ported and polished and ummm pix will be on the site in a few days...

hey DXHATCHBACK , u say u have a prelude head. realy? does it just pretty much bolt up just like the accord head? i have a prelude around here that i can take the head off but i didnt know if that was possible. i know maybe a lil machine work would have to be done but i would want that. isnt that a dual cam?
