Underdrive Pulleys

I looking through a summit catalog and I saw UNDERDRIVE PULLEYS does anyone have these? Do they increases HP?, if so what were your gains?

Are they easy to install?

I have an AEM power steering pulley that I got for free, but I didn't notice any difference at all besides it looks better.

they are supposed to give HP but i dunno if its true...

They are supposed to give you a little more whp (not hp at the crank), probably under 4 whp, because the engine doesn't have to use as much energy on the power steering/alternator/whatever. But if you get the steering one, your power steering won't feel the same, and if you get the alternator one, you won't be able to power a big stereo system. If your looking to go all out, then I'd get them, if not, then I don't really think they're worth it.
