Hello guys!
So here we go! A lot of things happened since last time, when i introduced myself in the Newbie area!
I dont want to repeat all things, so the prehistory of my project can be red here:
http://www.3geez.com/forum/newbie-introductions/78303-accord-story-continued.html
So as I mentioned at the beginning there was my black Accord CA5 16v-A.L.B. blacktop with 133hp built in 1989
http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/1474/1img9719.jpg
But there was a lot of rust, especially under the sideskirts and rear wheel archs... The left sideskirt was literally no more existent. So this was the main reason, why the technical authority here not gave me permission to drive my car anymore...

http://files.homepagemodules.de/b36313/f113t10432p3117609n4.jpg
This was really hard. I had to put it in garage. As far as I am a student, a rebuild was too hard financially and because of time and know-how reasons. So i put it away and waited till spring 2013....

In Mid 2012 i contacted "cyra" here at 3geez who lives in Czech Republic. I asked him about some parts for CA5. At that time he didn't replied to my message. But in March 2012 he sent me a message, and told me that he doesnt have any relevant parts anymore, but he is thinking to sell his "black" 12V "Special-Edition" with only 60.000 kilometers!
At that time I met a guy from Munich (Germany) named "Sepp". He is a CA5 enthusiast too, and he rebuilt his 3G some years ago. He has the same car like "Stezie" and it looks damn hot... Here are some pics...
http://imageshack.us/a/img16/6839/img9149v.jpg
He had a garage, and he gave me the advice to buy the car from "cyra". But I wanted a 16V DOHC with all this interior and performance not a SOHC 12-valve...
So he said, lets fusion both cars... And so this mad story took his own dynamic...:flash::uh:
So i took my 16-valve to Munich...
So the plan was: Putting out EVERYTHING 16-valve concerned (interior, engine, brakes etc.) and put in to the nearly new body of the 12-Valve. The color code was the same. And some things were even better in the "Special Edition" for example, the metal and painted door handles...
inside the operation theatre Dr. Sepp started the operation:

I visited Sepp few days ago. He dissembled the Silver one totally. Even the gear knob unit was totally different of 12v and 16v. We did not noticed that, when we transferred the 16v to 12v. So now we changed it.

Sepp worked out the whole harness of the silver car. We wanted to transfer the Cruise-Control to my car, but it was too much work and too hard. We separated the Cruise-Control harness from the main harness. But transferring it to my car took to much time and energy, so we aborted it. The harness-tree is totally different  Maybe sometime next year i try it again...

The Bodykit is in work for restoring and painting... I will take the other "Styleauto" sideskirts, because those of the silver one are in an desolate codition and too much broken. Furthermore the "Styleauto" sideskirts look a bit more decent (look to the last silver car with "styleauto" kit...

One week before coming to the U.S. (im now in New Jersey for a semester abroad for study) I wanted to bring the car to "Sepp", so he can take care of it during my stay in the U.S.
So this happened :(
Just look at that!!! TAKE A BREAK WHEN YOU ARE TIRED, OTHERWISE THIS (or even something more worse) HAPPENS!!! I was driving 90mph on the left track, when my eyes closed. When I woke up i was nearly crashing into the left road barrier. shocked by this i turned the steering to the right, too hard... so my car passed the the tree tracks of the road and was going to crash in to the right barrier... it was night and too dark so i turned the steering another time, so the car got totally out of control and crashed with the right back into the right barrier... It was a miracle that nothing more happened... I mean this is also too much for me, but however no ones life or health was harmed or nobody else was involved... The strength of collision was so hard that my rear bumper smashed and flew away...

Hey, thanks for your comments. I am here in New Jersey til Mid of May... I was just thinking, how to get some stuff here for the 3Geez of me and Sepp's... Do you guys have any idea? Should I go to junkyards? How to find them? Or do the Honda dealers have some stuff?
I am especially searching for:
-cupholders
-armrests
-metal door handels (for all four doors)
-wind/rain visors
-Honda OEM hood
And I have bought some months ago a digital gauge. But I need the fuel sensor and the ECU for it too... Just have the gauge... Anyone know how to get this?
Thanks!

Like Tdurr said, junkyards should be good for most of those items. If you cannot find them, I have one or two spare grey se-i armrests, I believe I have spare cupholders too. Only thing is shipping from me will be a bit more expensive because I am in Canada.
What brand of digital gauge did you buy? You will most likely need the sensors or controllers from the same manufacturer.
I mean with hood something like this: EF9 Honda Access Car Cover | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/EF9-Honda-Access-OEM-car-cover-/141169726424?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3AHonda|Year%3A1989&hash=item20de5f13d8&vxp=mtr)
Those are very hard to find. I bought one years ago, but the best place is on this forum or watch ebay.

Unfortunately the seller cut all the wires. So i dont have the wires, i dont have even the relay (there should be something like that) and i dont have the fuel sensor. Because it is different from the normal one... I thought those accessory parts are in the U.S. more frequent than in Europe... :-(

^^^ Unfortunately we never had that digital gauge cluster sold in the US or Canada. You will be better looking to some of our members in New Zealand for those parts.

bloody useless wreckers that sell shit not knowing about the part they are selling! They should have removed the whole dash loom to find it connected to a control box in the dash. Did they give you any other parts to it? if not your gunna have fun getting it to work im sorry to say

Thanks "AccordB20A"!
Yes I bought it sometime ago on eBay from a guy in NZ. I thought, he will send all the parts, but only the gauge came. I asked him, whether he can send me the other parts too and he promised me to send them. But since that, he dont answer anymore on my emails... Maybe, because your friend got them
Anyway thanks for the contact. I wrote him an email. Hopefully, he sells the other parts...
You have a manual one, right? Is there any major difference between the automatic and the manual? Because I have a manual car...

Just the lights that show you what gear its in for auto is the only difference

The one on the Black car (my car) is a genuine Kit of Honda Europe and no longer available. Its absolutely rare, I think about 4 or 5 cars in Europe have it...
The Kit you can see on the red car is a so called Polybauer kit (Front, Rear and Side-skirts)... I think its beautiful too... I am in contact with the manufacturer and he still produces them...
So they are coming new... But it will become VERY expensive for you guys, as shipping is a big issue... So if someone is rich or wanna have it under all conditions, let me know... ;-)
And this one is the "StyleAuto" kit... I know someone who is in contact to the manufacturer as well, and he still can make it... But same issues as the "Polybauer" ones...
http://www.styleauto.de/bilder/gross/216_4.jpg
By the way: I have a new rear bumper of this "StyleAuto" kit and I have no use for it. I would let it go for a reasonable price, if someone wants it...
Looks like this, but without the cuttings for the center and exhaust: http://files.homepagemodules.de/b36313/f54t188p3112367n3.jpg

The rims on that Aerodeck really make that car. I want some.

I don't think, that it would be an issue to get them here in Germany... The only question would be, if you want to pay shipping, which is probably as expansive as the rims itself...:uh:

I presume that they are Mugens, maybe 17"? There have to be some replicas around.

Yes! I'm talking about the Honda kit. I have never seen it, or even heard of it before! Looks BEAUTIFUL :)

The rims aren't Mugens. Not sure which manifacturer they are from, but the guy Senna knows had a set for sale right now.
They are 7x15 with 25mm offset.

Is the Aerodeck done now? Been waiting for someone to drop a B20A into one of those! Would have done one myself but finding a donor B20A in a saloon in UK is near impossible only handful ever sold and most are scrap now only seen 2 on the road in 10 years! And now there isn't many aerodecks but at least they are more common than B20A Saloon! lol! B20A preludes pretty much died out as well I have one and someone else I know and that's about it!
