Welcome! I'm liking the bedliner. How did you put it on?

Welcome. But, I have no idea what a bedliner is. Can somebody describe it?

His car is "painted" with something along the lines of "Rhino Lining".

So, that's what gives it the matte finish, right?

Matte, yes. Flat, no. Ever spackled a wall then painted over it?

This is a brilliant idea.

We did the same thing years ago to a friends Land rover that we took on trails, it made it a beast

It has a matte finish from a distance but up close it has a neat texture- Peter Halley is one of my favorite painters - notorious for using "bedliner" textures in his work. I figured hey! its about 5,000 cheaper than a paint job, and I never have to worry about scratches. It can be removed with solvents or gasoline- I used a 25 gallon compressor with a specific spray gun from ebay for spraying thick liquids. Thank for all the positive feedback !!! so excited to be a part of this forum, and glad to hear people are still on here!!

it has an excellent matte finish from a distance- but up close it has a cool flat texture- I picked some up from wal-mart- 46.99 plus tax- I also picked a thick liquid spray guns off ebay. It came out exactly like I wanted!!

I used a Thick liquid spray gun with a 25 gallon compressor - rustoleum brand bed liner- The results after a bit of prep work turned out AMAZING!! I believe I spent about 100 bucks - liner, gun, tack cloth, drop cloth.
