Tdc marks do not line up

So I'm getting ready to change the Timing belt. I lined up everything and I notice that the grooves, on the side of the cam, do not line up with the top of the head, They are not parallel what so ever. The left groove, is just at the head, while the right groove, seems to be bellow the head. I've lined both grooves on the back of the cam perfectly, and it just looks like both front grooves, are no where near the head. I don't know if the person before, did a correct timing belt job, But for f*** sakes, why is it not lining up correctly?

It's hard to say what happened during the last timing belt job. Just make sure you correct it. Good job paying attention to detail.
