88lxi a/c panel problems

i noticed a couple weeks back the lights in the switches for my a/c unit didnt work anymore, turns out the whole thing doesnt work. so now i cant switch any of the settings of my a/c, and its stuck in the last position i left it in. i thought it would be a fuse problem but its not. any ideas?

Well if the 10amp fuse 5 under the dash is good, I'd go to junk yard for another heater control panel. I'd grab the refresh/recirc and mode motors at junk yard too. If your controls dont work still, its in your wiring.
