My very first car was a 1985 Accord Se-i and I just bought a very clean gray one because I've always missed it. 126k miles, super clean with the only issue being the apolstery on the rear headrests. That and the rims aren't the originals. Where would be a great place to find the rims? I have big dreams for this car and those rims are a part of that.

Do you have these for sale?

That would be the question. I have them in my backyard and I keep thinking that I should hold onto them in case I ever wanted to return my car to stock, but I guess if the offer was right, I may be persuaded to sell them. Where are you located?

I'm in the Washington DC area. I'd definely be willing to make an offer, but would also understand if you chose to keep them. Haha.

Make me an offer, and I will let you know if I'm willing to let them go. They are complete with the center caps and oem lug nuts. No major damage, just some light scratches.

Hmm...I was thinking something in the $300-$400 range with the Michelins. They look to be in ok enough shape.

I've been thinking about it, and I don't think I want to let them go, since they are really hard to come by. If I was going to sell them, I wouldn't be shipping the tires anyway as they have been sitting in my back yard since 2009. The Michelins had a little tread left, but the two Bridgestones were almost bald, but I'm sure they are all dry-rotted now. 2ndgenguy said he also found a set. I'll message him and see if they are still available so he can contact you.

My first car was an '85 accord lx. I loved that car Click the image to open in full size.

The only thing I did to mine was all the general thing you could do to any car. Stereo, rims, universal exhaust, home-made CAI w/ K&N.

Your car looks good, but IMO, I would ditch the headlight covers and chrome door edge moulding. Buy an H4 conversion kit for the headlights, I think that would look really good, not to mention get rid of the stupid sealed beams. If you can find any kind of lowering springs that really are made for that year, I would buy them. Even if it is only a 1.3" drop, that will still drastically improve the overall look.

Other than that, your car looks good. You don't see too many SE-Is around anymore. Click the image to open in full size.

If you are talking about my car, I don't have headlight covers of chrome door edge molding. The car was lowered a bit in the front when that pic is taken, but noe it's lowered 2" front and 1.5" rear. There are recent pics in another post. This was thread was about someone trying to acquire some OE SEi rims.
