32? Honda's official recomendation listed on the sticker in the edge of the drivers door is 26psi front and rear. Checked my wifes 4th gen ex and it's 29psi front and rear. Did I run those presure's, HELL NO But he wanted to know what honda says to run on that sticker

The side of the tire typically lists max pressure. The pressure depends on the vehicle load on the wheel and how you want the car to ride and handle.

I once heard that your supposed to modulate tire pressure with how much weight the vehicle is carrying. For example, on my Blazer, each tire could support like 2450lbs at 32 psi. So since my truck was 4800lbs empty+fluids+driver+passenger, I should have my tires filled to I believe it was 17psi. Well I said nuts to that, 17 psi is great for trail running, but it sucked around town. Just thought I'd throw that out for commentary.

it is 26psi on the sticker, i always run 28psi. i get better gas millege at 28psi than at 26psi.
oh Immeraufdemhund, i would like to see your tires. the way they wearing out. plus i bet your car rides like an empty truck too.

oh one more thing, if you have at 28psi, when tire gets hot, the air inside will expand and it will turn into 30-32psi. so if you are running 32psi than your tire when it is hot is like 34-36psi. it is way to much for any tire.
that is just what i have to say.

here in NJ with mostly cold or cool climate, Running on stock sticker pressure would lead to bad tires. I usually run around 30 to 32 psi all year around. Just for snow, i lower the pressure cause on my old tires they used to dislike cold with high pressure. In summer, its bumped up.
