Did my radiator just hock a loogy?!?

What the hell is it? Its neither oil or coolant, but its in the coolant. I topped off my water this morning and what floated to the top blew my mind. It was slimy and looked like a huge loogy(translucent gray/white moldy looking thing). I dug it out but its nothing like anything I've ever seems...what is it?

What you describe sounds like oil is getting in your coolant

mixture of oil and rust in the coolant system. prepare for a head gasket, radiator and coolant system flush, and also add some radiator treatment to prevent future corrosion.
