The Redline in my 1989 Accord LX automatic is about 6.5. I just had a mechanic put a 87 lude transmission in it, (long story). Does anyone know the redline of a 1987 Prelude? The reason I ask is that I assume they are different, and my gauge is probably off - am I correct?

Don't our A20 motors redline at 6300 rpm?
