clutch adjustment

i looked in the clutch how to and i didnt see this but -

my clutch engages very late, it engages almost near its normal state, i have to let the clutch out 5-6 inches before it starts to pull, is the clutch cable to loose, do i need to adjust the pressure plate or return spring? help plz :sadwave:

loosen the clutch cable adjuster nut like half of a spin or more.

yes first try teh adjuster nut ! ! the release are should have a play of 0.6mm ( you can move it freely up and down 0.6 mm ! )
