my first 86 accord hatch

hey guys. well im a newbie on this site. i live in kelowna BC. i just got my first 86 accord hatch :thumbup: shes all syock for now but she runs great and even the AC works. i have a little bit of body work to do but other then that shes clean with i beleave no rust and only 175,xxx km on it. my plans are to drop the car really low with some dished steel rims. and to make her super clean with nice paint. i mite keep the stock motor just rebuild it with a few additives. i mite even swap it out for something else like a d16a1. any ideas on what mite bolt up???

Havnt done anything to the car yet. Doing lots of reserch on it and what i can do with the car and what the car can do. Looking for advise from all you guys cause ive never had an older honda before. Im wanting to slam her not right to the ground but very tight to the wheels. Im either going with some rims my buddy has (not sure of the spec's other then they have dish and their 16") or im looking at 15" or 16" x8" xxr's with a 3" lip. The stock motor im keeping in and building it a bit. I know i want to put bike carbs on it but dont know what else i can do to the motor. Im not wanting to build a race car just a clean dd. Mite do a manual swap later but for know ill stick with the auto. Im really happy theirs no rust just a few dents to fix :-D looking forward to seeing what you guys throw out for ideas for the motor and what i can do for lowering it. (Parts and what not)
