Anyone have before-after pics of H&Rs?

Does anyone have before and after pictures when moving from stock springs to H&Rs? I like how my car doesn't stand out as-is. Another employee had his 2002 Accord's stereo stolen at work the other day. Since my paint looks bad and my car is older no one bothers it.

I want to improve how the car handles, but I don't want to attract attention or lower it enough that my stock 14's look too weird.
