Hey guys, sorry I haven't been active.
But I'm headed back home on leave after being stuck on base for some time and I realised my carb may have possibly taken a dump on me.
Last I remember, when I was back home, it was having a hard time staying running.
It would always sputter when started up, and I would have to stay on the gas in order for it to stay alive.
What are some possibilities with this?
And would a complete carb swap possibly solve my problems?

And another thing.. Would it be worth it to just go with that Weber 32/36 swap?
Or just muscle up and grab a carb rebuild kit

Weber is always better than the stock carb. You might want to make sure the choke is working on your stock carb first though.

Any good ways to test that? Hard to keep it running.

Take a look at it. If the weather's cold, it should be closed after you pump the accelerator one time.
