Upload your pictures to a place you can direct link off of (I use imagestation.com). Click on the picture, then copy and past the link (it should end in .img or something like that)

i just recently learned all this. you can't post from your desktop unless it is constantly up to host the picture. so you need some server (commercial probably) to host it so that it is up all the time. somebody please correct me if i'm wrong.
