Another coupe vs. HB question...

Okay. You know that exterior black moldings that run the length of the car (actually it's 3 pieces)?? Mine are painted white in the siggy. Now, we all know the fenders are all the same and the 2 and 3 door pieces will swap... How about the one that is on the rear quarter panel?? Swap from 87HB to 89 coupe?? Looks like different part numbers, but so do the fender moldings. I might get some used ones for cheap, but I'm not gonna do it if they don't work.

I think the HB ones are shorter. I seem to remember that from when I got the rear one a long time ago. Then again, I have the memory of a goldfish(3 seconds, just so ya all know...), so I could be wrong....

the hatchback should swap out considering the weelbase remaining the same and the doormouldings being swappable bwt a coupe and a hatchback. never tried it, but should be possible.
