Using this to make the thread for improving the 3gee accord for a modern world.

I have upgraded the suspension to make it ride better. I was also looking for a lowered stance, and something that could drive over most city bumps. I've used everything from stock struts to full body coil over systems. So far, the best is

springs:
ebay coil overs all around, seller did not know the lb/sq foot. Said it was same weight for each wheel.

Shocks:
tokico blues in front, rebuilt stiffer bilstiens in the rear.

Misc upgrades:
ST rear sway bar, adjustable camber

Replaced:
Ball joints, rubber parts (some with urethane), regular alignment, replaced all brake components with factory parts including Sei rear brakes.

Wheels & tires
Slightly larger LS mesh wheels, and wider tires.

Current stance.

Engine:
I've replaced the engine with a 2.0 crv motor. Pri mounts are just a little to stiff for daily use, I think the stock motor with an ob1 swap would have been a better decision. I currently have an upgraded intake manifold, and header. The ecu has been tuned. Currently averaging 27mpg city/highway mix.

Electronics

Oh yeah, that cluster mod and then Buzo's clock@wideband readout mod are my two favorite dash mods both are brilliant!
