yes you read it right. I want to know if my 1988 Accord LX is fuel injected of Carbed. Please someone tell me. I feel really retarded no knowing.

What does your air filter look like? On a carbed engine, the air filter is a big semi rectangular air filter similar to the old round filters in Chevy's etc. - ie like a doughnut with a hole in the middle.
In the injected engine, it is a flat square filter with no hole in the middle.

That should be a simple means of determing which engine you have.

ok it's carbed the filter looks like a rounded rectangle with a very large hole in the middle. Is there any way to put an intake on instead of the box?
