Tw coolant temp sensor(or the eci?)

im in cali and I have an 89' accord lxi 2.0 FI and I accidently ordered the tw coolant temp sensor that stated "except California emissions". can I still plug this sensor in and it work ok or will there be a problem and mess things up in my ride??? also, im in need of the green and beige plugs for the 2 sensors. does anyone have these or know where I can purchase these plugs??? thanks

Best bet on the plugs you need is to go to a salvage yard

2x on the plugs... I ended up making my own. Even the ones at the yard will be brittle. A couple female end plugs that are snug and a good fit piece of high temp rubber work well. Time to get creative! lol

I got my plugs off a 4g Accord.

for the plugs, just use two female connectors. that's what i'm doing with my ECT sender. Worked perfect for over 3 years so far. it looks ugly but, it works! Welcome aboard

just generic, crimp on the end of the wire female ends. most electric connection type kits will have some of the bigger ones in there. I used one of those and painfully bent it to the right size. Be easier to get a closer size tho
