View Full Version : Who needs a cam core for regrinding??

I phoned around today to look for cores and have found a few places with the cheapest place being quite far. I don't want to take more than one trip so I need everyone who needs a core to sign in here who is okay with me picking one up. I will be putting the money out of my own pocket so please only sign in if you are going to buy it. The price is roughly $40 but keep in mind you will save money on shipping it to me which is about $15 since I will take it myself to Colt after. As of right now I know the following guys are looking:

If you can get me a core for a 88 carbed 5-spd that woudl be too awesome everyone here wants like 80-90 dollars.

$40 for some top end power from 3000-6500rpms? it sounds like a good deal, i might be interested. do u have any specs of before and after regrinding?

No no, it's $40 for the cam core to send out for regrinding if you don't want down time or want to keep the original one as a spare.

I will have to go late this week (maybe Friday) since work was too busy for me to skip out to go get them yesterday and today and will be the same until Thrusday.

im going again this weekend yasu. so we will compare what we got. i pulled 2 carb shafts today. but only took one. man they only had 4 3g's there today. last week they have 15. fuck.
