i have a 91 prelude si 2.0L i think. ( i know its not an accord, but my accord died about a month ago.. :( )

but i was wondering if anyone can tell me what kind of stock engine that is, and what can i fit into it if i was to get a driffrent engine for it.

i just looked under the hood, and on the engine it has b21a1 stamped on it. does that mean this isnt the origional engine ?

does the car say "2.0Si" or "Si" on the trunk? b21a1 was a factory engine for 91 "Si" models... if you're not burning oil with it, consider yourself one of the lucky ones...

dealership was wrong then... you have the factory engine for your model...

140hp@5800/135lb-ft@5000 it's b21a1 and the CR is 9.0:1 not 9.4:1... the jdm b20a has 9.4:1, none of the US market 3g lude engines do...
