I did this same thing for the guys over at Redpepperracing after being asked about 10 times in the last 5 years. I suppose I should get around to helping out all my favorite local vintage Honda/Acura groups. I offered them a signature style shift knob, CNC machined from Aerospace Grade 6061, with their logo engraved into the top after anodizing. I would like to offer you guys the same deal.
The shift knob is a large 2" ball style, that tapers into a cone, and then to a point near the handle. This makes the handle comfortable to hold in your palm as well as when you hold it in your fist. The bottom is tapped for a standard honda thread, and bored to accept a shifter diameter of .750 or less. The weight of the knob is approx 380 grams (according to solid works) and can be anodized 10 different colors. I will be selling them for $40 shipped for 1, $69 for two, or $98 for three. I will likely do a run of 36 knobs (one 12' rod), and anodize them according to orders. The one major thing to consider is that I have to engrave all of them after I anodize. So it best to atleast put dibs on a knob before I anodize, that way you get the color that you want.
To start things off, give me what colour you want and I can start a list. Then in about a week the first run will be starting and you guys can see the other knobs before purchasing.

Color choices include: Black, Green, Red, Violet, Bronze, Copper, Clear, Grey, Blue. The picture below shows most of the colours. Note that the colours of the shifters will be darker and more vibrant.
