Equalizer out of an 89 accord LX-I

I found yet another cool item at the junk yard, an equalizer. It came out of where the cup holders would be, and I thought it was a cool piece. Does any one know about these, or think I should pull my cup holders to put this in? (totally kidding)

Depending one which equalizer it is it could be either the factory version or the dealer version. Dealer version was cheap and common and not worth much. Post a picture.
