How to take out my fold down back seat ?

Can someone please tell me how to take out the part of my back seat that folds down ? I got everything else out and this piece i cant seem to fnd any bolts on, i think its welded to the inside frame of the car, any help ?????

thanks, but both of those arent too helpful as one isnta fold down, and the one about the lxi, idk i cant find that pin thing, maybe i need to find my car and look again tho, is this pin closer to the frame of the car, liek the door, or closer to the body of the seat ? thanks

On the driver's side, there's a black spacer clip that snaps over the seat pivot pin. Pull it off, then the seat can slide off the pin on the passenger side.

im takin it out cuz i had a custom interior in my last accord and wanna take it out to put it in my new one, lol yea the fold down dfeature is helpful for thos elong friday nights hahah aperace but i hope i can fidn that blsack spacer thing
