After combing the site for answers to the issue I am reaching out to y'all for any guidance.
Got this 1988accord DX carb. (125k). Recently the idle will drop during the warmup period and has also stalled out. Sometimes (also I think limited to warm up) the idle develops a mind of its own and fluctuates. Otherwise the car runs fine. The service manual seems to suggest that the issue is somehow related to the EGR system or the frequency valve solenoid A or B. I tried an initial vacuum test on the EGR and seems okay. On rough inspection the hoses look pristine and I do not suspect a vacuum leek (but what do I know).
Ideas welcome.
