Isn't that type of conversion called a LS/vtec conversion? Yeah it can be done. My understanding the way to do it is to use a B16A as the head donor. I'd do a search using google, LS/ vtec , or ls vtec and see what comes up. You will want to read up on it, I think the most complicated thing is something about the oil supply for the vtec changeover mechanism. Could be wrong, been a while since I read into it. Keep in mind that if you don't swap a GSR transmission as well, the stock teg gear ratio's won't let you get that setup "on cam" as offten.
