Go click on the USER CP (Control Panel) icon toward the top and go to EDIT OPTIONS. Scroll toward the bottom of that and you should see something about an avatar. I believe we are only allowed to use 100 X 100 pixel images.

You have to use and image editing program... send pic to me or give me a link and I can resize one.

it's easy to change the size if you use Paint. paste a picture into paint, then play with the size till you get it under 100 pixles in both directions.

Or you can go to ditto.com and search for a pic. when youfind the little thumbnail you like, right click and pic properties. highlight and copy the image url and paste it into your avatar url. They are all less than 100x100 on ditto, so it's an easy way to find a pre-sized pic if you know what to search for.
