lowering springs lower a car and it stays at the level unless u buy different springs.
coilovers are adjustable and u can raise it or lower it by turning a screw or lever
Yeah, springs are set to the height they're manufactured at, but coilovers can be adjusted in height. They're regulr springs, but built onto a threaded base, so you can twist it and go up or down.
