its my understanding that all hatches have different from bumpers than coupes/sedans. i know an 86 HB has a differnt front bumper than 88/89 sedan/coupe, but i dunno about 88-89 HB's//
also all 88-89 had clear front turn signal lenses, you could pop the orange out of them, and make them clear, no sweat!
ok when i was over at BOLINKXR-89LXI house on wednesday. i noticed that his bumper was different then mine. mine is a 89 lx-i his he says is a 89 lx-i hatch. is bumper is different then mine and he has orange blinkers. is it possible that his bumper was changed at one point. to a earlier year. picture below.

well hes got 86-87 front and rear bumpers, i cant tell about about the side moldings from that pic

All hatchbacks came with orange blinkers regardless of year and trim.
