Search on the internet for the stereotypical rice car which would be a civic with giant wing, body kit, plethera of stickers, massive tail pipe, neons out the ass, Some of the mods look good in my opinion but lots of them in combination = rice
Their are certain things that 7 out of 10 people will agree are "rice". What is rice, is more what YOU think, more than what some else thinks. To me RICE= bad taste mod.
It's just like fine art, some people like it some people hate it and want to burn it for hurting their eye's.
