I'm sure it's possible but i I HIGHLY doubt that it's worthwhile.

they make conversions, i just can't remember the site, do a search on the board baout it i know it's been posted before

I would try to find the same wheels as a 4 bolt if you can though.
player wire wheels has them in thier line... just universal conversions
Short of new hubs or redrilling it's not going to happen. Any adaptor is going to push the wheel assembly away from the hubs towards the fenders. Good luck being able to find rims with a high enough offset to make up for that.
