dude buy it no matter what the quality, any running car is well worth $20... then sell it for a few hundred or more depending on its quality
it has been rolled by me and my friend it has a few dents in the hood and roof and i wanna know more about the E2 engin

I dont think u have enough number on the one u gave us to find out the number of the engine. It could have been a F2 which is actually F22A* from a 4th gen.
