very annoying sound

Ever since my DC headers were put on, this very annoying sound occures when i start the car up and it is warming up, idling, and when i'm driving really slow through parking lot. It almost sounds like a school bell ringing. Thats the best explanation of the sound. I dunno if exhaust is leaking out around the header somewhere or what. Kinda almost sound like the fan is barely nicking sumthing, but i dunno. Anybody got any idea's, or experienced this nuisance before?

My friend had almost the same problem...he has been to a million places and nobody knows what is causing it...the honda dealer thinks that the headers themself aren't getting a good enough seal
