engine dead

my engine was makin a loud tapin noise than a big cloud of smoke poped out and than it started ridin real ruff im thinkin is a rod but i drove like that 4 like 6 miles b 4 it seized. But the question i had was while i was at the crib i started messin wit it and i found this weird lookin bolt at the layin in the bottom in the airdam i was woundering if any body new where it went
DESCRIPTION: its about an inch and 3/4 long,a 1/4 is not threaded by the top and the top looks like u can put a 13mm socket on it but it has 3 spot welds on it so u cant put nuthin on it

hmm could it be some kind of ac or power steering bracket bolt? My ac bolt fell out one day for no reason

If you could post a picture, we might be able to identify the bolt.
