79/80 1.8L Carburetors - One rebuilt not installed

Hi all, I've got a pair of carburetors from my project 1979 Accord. The previous owner was in the middle of a head gasket change when I bought the car. One carb has a 216-HON sticker, so I'm guessing it's from National Carburetor?? The car had 95,300 miles on it when I bought it, but no idea what condition the OEM carb was in since the car was not running when I bought it.

$175 for BOTH carburetors and selling as a pair, OR trade +$ for 1979 Accord parts (clutch pedal assy, trim, lenses, or ????)
