89 LXi coupe for sale

just bought it, realized I am not mechanically inclined to do this work and just want to buy something I dont need to fix. So here it is for sale:$1300/bo I have pics of it here http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...page_id=313113
I bought it mainly cuz I wanted a honda again and I drive 30 miles to/from work every day. However I dont have the time to fix it as planned. The car has a clear open title and I havent signed it yet from when I purchased it a little over a month ago. The main prob is the clutch is stick engaged and will not allow it to shift into gear. The car can be driven in first or reverse if you start it in gear lol. I have vids of the engine starting running and revving for those who want. Also the car needs exhaust from rear axle back and the factory cd doesnt play cd's althought the eq and all works. email me at [email protected]

also it had a new matching spare rim with mounted tire on it in the trunk...tires have about 70% of tread left on them

wait wait wait, yours came with a factory radio?!?!?! imposible, Cd players werent introduced into most cars untill 1991-1994. i think. but where ya located at? im interested.

man i wish i had some money! that is a nice car! i didnt realize they had cd players factory in cars until later on but you proved they do. werd. thats a sweet ride man. needs a little work but nothin too much.

That thing needs to be cleaned so bad. I keep mine spotless on the inside and out-- I have to on the outside or it's going to rust. Once that car is cleaned it will be very very nice.

it won't rust just by being dirty. it rusts when your wheel wells get dirty and if you don't rmove the rubber rust strip.

Yes it will. I live in Washington, it rains with salt water. Salt water = rust. It rains a lot. Get it?

pls notice on the last page that the body was undercoated, I showed the worst rust...yes I could clean it and maybe make 100 more out of it....but it would take me 3-4 hours and I say...fuck it lol

I'll trade you my 89 sedan for it...just finished putting all new rear brakes, new water pump, new connecting pipe, plugs, wires, cap/rotor, rad flushed and filled, pioneer stereo, etc, etc, etc

900 you get a car with some rare options that came from Florida 3 years ago that may just need an adjustment and teh exhaust is 50 bucks to fix

actually, the mechanical stuff isn't that bad. It's the paint keeping me away.

paint is better than rust......check out the underbody...its a great solid foundation to work on

you gotta be kidding dude, 2000 bucks, are you building the parts? That car is a deal, who says it needs a tranny, prolly just a clutch, replace the cd player, thats automatic for most people, and a 40 dollar exhaust, do some touch up on the paint, its got 200k, cant expect it to be immaculate...
