Hey guys...just foung out about this forum when i was lookin at accords on cardomain neway i just got my 89 accord lx-i for $100 bucks. It runs good for havin 192000 miles on it i already raced it against a paseo and beat it by about 1/2 a car length not to bad i guess for a stock accord well neway i just wanted to say hi and was wonderin wut are some good mods to do first??????

you want speed i guess... umm... read the FAQ's

headers
Intake
exhaust
cam regrind
MSD ignition
adj. FPR

thats about all.. then get some aftermarket pistons when your all done.

hey i got another question lx-i its a 2.0 liter motor but how much hp and torque does it have just wanted to know thanks

I don't remember the torque, but the LX-i has 122hp stock (supposedly). After 192k miles I'm sure that number is down a little bit! Somewhere around 100 or something for the torque, I believe. You might try doing a search!
